Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Myers offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 9, line 18, following "revenue.": Insert "Twenty-five percent of the revenue generated from the carbon offset program shall be deposited into the Alaska permanent fund (AS 37.13.010(a))." Page 9, line 20: Delete "80" Insert "55" Senator Myers moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Objection was heard. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
